Category:Software companies based in CaliforniaJERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called on Sunday for a united front against Iran, as U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo warned that Tehran was “eight to 10 years” away from having a bomb that could be delivered to Israel.

The United States and Israel have long suspected Iran is trying to develop nuclear weapons, a charge Tehran denies.
Washington and its allies say a nuclear-capable Iran would be a major threat to Israel, the Middle East and the wider world. Tehran says it has no such program.
“We are at a critical moment in our relations with Iran,” Netanyahu said in a statement after a meeting with Foreign Minister Israel Katz.
“We must save our common home together. It is time to put aside the threats, the endless hand-wringing and the diplomatic delay. Time to act. Time to unite. Time to stand together.”
U.S. President Donald Trump withdrew Washington from the 2015 nuclear accord with Iran last year, but he has been open to negotiations with Tehran to try to end the confrontation.
“Iran is not even close to a bomb,” Pompeo said in a statement following a meeting with Netanyahu.
“Iran continues to ignore the United States and the international community, keeping its people and its regime in the dark about its nuclear intentions.”
The two-day gathering in Jerusalem of ambassadors from the Group of Seven world powers, the European Union and the United States is meant to focus on Middle East security.
It comes on the heels of a conference in Warsaw earlier this month that was meant to bring together Israel, the United States and their Arab allies to tackle what they see as Iran’s growing regional influence.
Netanyahu made clear on Sunday that he would not attend the summit in Warsaw because he is deeply skeptical of Iran’s leaders, saying they had used Warsaw to “pose and posture”.
