Service Description

This semi-permanent brow tattoo service is great for clients who are in need of fuller looking brows but they do not have enough hair and for those of you that don't want to keep spending too much time on your brows when you get ready this is for you! Contraindications: ❥ sunburn on brow area ❥ pregnant, breast feeding ❥ blood thinners / retinol, accutane, AHA, BHA,etc.. (must be off 6 months prior to the appointment) ❥ cancers/chemo (doctors clearance must be necessary) ❥ injectables/fillers around brow area (get permanent makeup first or ask dr for clearance) ❥ psoriasis or skin irritations on the area ❥ history of keloids or hypertrophic scarring PREP BEFORE PROCEDURE: ❥Do not thread/tweeze/wax/perform electrolysis one week before the procedure. ❥Do not drink alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment. ❥Do not smoke weed 12 hrs prior to your appointment ❥Do not tan two weeks prior to the service, or have a sunburned face. ❥Do not have any type of facial 2 weeks prior to the procedure. ❥Do not work out the day of the procedure. ❥Wash your hair the morning of your appointment, healing tattoos cannot get wet for the first 72 hours, so you will need to avoid washing your hair too soon. ❥Do not have Botox or fillers 3 weeks prior to the procedure. Please inform us of any current injections. ❥Do not take Fish Oil or Vitamin E one week prior to the procedure (they are natural blood thinners).

Cancellation Policy

We are dedicated to our clients and their needs; however last-minute cancellations and no-shows to appointments greatly affect our business. We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us. We are a small business and our other clients are often on a waiting list. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please contact us no later than 24 hours before your appointment. This enables us to make sure other clients don’t miss out on potential appointments. The following policies apply: Cancellations You must contact us no later than 24 hours before your appointment by texting or direct messaging on IG (jojoxco) to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A friendly reminder email is sent out 24 hours before your appointment, however, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid any late arrivals, missed appointments, or no-show penalties. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged an extra $20.00 fee for your next appointment or a loss of paid deposit. Any decision to waive any fees will be made at management’s absolute discretion. Late Arrivals We will accept late arrivals but at your own risk and are still expected to pay full price. Your appointment is scheduled until a set time that may be followed by another client’s appointment, reducing the total time for the services. This can cause our technician to not complete the services due to time constraints. If you are not comfortable with an incomplete service, please reschedule your appointment ahead of time. No Shows Any deposits made will be forfeited for a no-show. After 2 no-shows to any appointments, you will be removed as a client. Deposits A $20.00 early deposit is required and will be counted as part of your full payment only for FULL sets and some services. Bookings Last-minute bookings are acceptable as long as we are available since we operate on a first-booked first-served basis. Please be aware of the appointment location to avoid any cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows since we now provide services at both Glenholme and Bloc East. Reward System You can receive 50% off services that are valued at $50.00+ after 5 appointments (on your 6th session) you make with us. This does not apply to any discounts or promotions.
